The depression rates are on rise in millennial moms and its going to increase by 22% . Nuclear families, Partners not able to give time because of work , the fear of losing the job , the new role of a mother, losing their bodies, sleep, confidence , hormonal changes, old thought process of families, families not understanding and supporting the mother on emotional and mental level all this adds up to loneliness & leads to depression.
