Workshop details:

For all of you women out there who are looking for some high-intensity workout, especially the fun way, these Zumba sessions are for you. They are planned in such a way that you get the most out of the 5-days a week workout sessions.

These sessions include-

– Zumba (2-3 days a week)
– Strength training – floor exercises (functional training) – 2 days a week
